Our client is seeking a Senior Statutory Administrator to join their Statutory and Secretarial department. This role involves providing dedicated support and guidance to clients and the Client Services team, ensuring statutory operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general corporate statutory administration, including statutory changes and Registry filings.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Isle of Man Beneficial Ownership database.
- Manage entity incorporations, dissolutions, and transfers in and out.
- Produce minutes and resolutions as required.
- Support junior colleagues in developing their understanding of statutory tasks.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of statutory department projects.
- Liaise directly with clients to address statutory and secretarial matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a TCSP environment.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
- Part or fully qualified STEP, ICSA, or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory frameworks with technical competence.
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering and compliance legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche, and ViewPoint is an advantage.
