Our client is seeking a Senior Trust & Company Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to manage a portfolio of companies and trusts of varying purposes and structures, liaise with external agencies e.g. Agents, Lawyers, Accountants and Government Departments, ensure all necessary statutory documents are filed on time and copies held on file, respond to client queries / problems in a timely and professional manner, prepare minutes and corporate documents, monitor entities in the portfolio to ensure that the necessary information is on file, and complete timesheets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience and have or be working towards a relevant professional qualification.
