Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager. The purpose of the role is to provide leadership to a team of FATCA/CRS Analysts and act as owner and the key co-ordination point for Training Delivery, Training Materials / Procedures and Reporting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing day to day management and oversight to make Operations more resilient when processing data connected to Tax and where the business needs to report to regulators, providing support and administrative skills to ensure a high quality of resource across Ops and training the business and operations teams in relation to Tax Evasion, FATCA and CRS responsibilities and rules.

The successful candidate will have FATCA, CRS and Tax Technical experience, previous reporting delivery experience and managerial experience.
