Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst.

The purpose of the role is to contribute and support the various production functions, systems and servers whilst providing support to Service Desk Analysts and the other IT Teams to ensure the efficient running of the IT service delivery across all WIN jurisdictions, adhering to our client’s IT procedures and standards.

The successful candidate will hold either a National Certificate or Higher Certificate in IT & Computer Sciences, be ITIL Foundation certified and have a good knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation, have experience in Microsoft Service products, MAC/Apple, Citrix, Active Directory, and Server & Storage Backup and Restore, and have the ability to understand technical information regarding PCs, including working knowledge of desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.).
