Our client is recruiting for a Settlements Administrator. The purpose of the role is to ensure the timely trade settlement of all investment transactions and to accurately administer external custodian accounts and custody records.
You will take responsibility for the resolution of client queries including callbox within agreed timescales, record errors for further analysis, ensure outstanding reconciliation items are investigated and cleared within agreed timescales, assist with the collection of the quarterly DFM and platform prices, receive / chase and input all deal confirmations and contract notes, and to input all Investment related transactions accurately.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English and Mathematics, and preferably have some experience of working within a Life Assurance or Financial Services environment.
