An exciting opportunity has arisen within our client’s business as a Software Support Analyst.
This is a challenging technical role for a talented individual with an interest in gaining experience across many technologies. This would suit a communicative individual who can work with cross-functional teams and be trusted to investigate and find solutions to system issues and liaise with clients. Reporting to the Senior Software Developer / Engineer.
Monitoring systems and checking system logs.
Working with cross-functional teams.
Providing on-call support.
Maintaining records and drafting reports.
Diagnosing and solving application issues.
Improving existing support processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic knowledge of .NET coding.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Problem solving skills.
Expertise in ISS, Windows Server, Visual Studio.
RDBMS skills (MSSQL + MySQL).
Good understanding of APIs.
Ability to learn and understand IT management software.
Must speak fluent English.
Customer service experience.
Maintaining records and/or creating reports.
