Job Description

Our client is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Services Administrator.

This role requires the successful applicant to deliver superior customer service to future and existing customers and brokers who contact our client’s call centre. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish, proven customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a very busy team environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a financial service environment, be fluent in English and Spanish at both a verbal and written level, have ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance, be customer focused, have a professional telephone manner, and have excellent organisational skills. Call centre experience would be advantageous.
