Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent position available within their Customer Services New Business Team for an individual fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
The role would suit a high performing administrator, with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements.
The main duties for the role holder will include reviewing new business applications to ensure they are in line with the Isle of Man financial services authority guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism – for Insurers, ensuring that new business applications have been accepted in line with our client’s internal guidelines, contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information in both English and Spanish, and processing new business applications and translating documentation in Spanish into English.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years financial services experience ideally in a new business or compliance role within Life Assurance, be fluent in both Spanish and English, and have the ability to deliver against deadlines.
