Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Swedish Customer Service Advisor.

The purpose of the role is to be a first point of contact for our client’s customers, financial advisers and custodians over the telephone and email and helping them to resolve their queries. You will work to build key relationships within the business, as well as with the customers themselves. You will be expected  to deliver customer service to the highest standard and provide a personalised and friendly service – putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.

The successful candidate will be fluent in Swedish, have experience in a customer service environment, have brilliant communication and listening skills, a resilience to working under pressure and to tight deadlines, and good computer skills.
