Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, financial advisers and custodians over the telephone and email. The core part of this role is to help to resolve their queries. You will deliver customer service to the highest standard and provide a personalised and friendly service – putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Previous experience in a Customer Service environment as well as fluency in Swedish is essential for this role.
