6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Job Purpose: To assist the Manager Account Services in maximizing the team’s performance, unlocking the team’s potential to deliver operational excellence, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and managing risk within the team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day work performed by the team within the Account Services function ensuring the work performed is in alignment with approved processes/procedures. Support the day to day work related to all aspects of fraud and recovery management. Ensure staff operate with a clearly defined approach to risk management to minimise the losses.
The successful candidate will hold 5 GCSEs with minimum grade C in both Maths and English Language and have 3-4 years’ experience within an operations role.
