Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their Regular Premium & Legacy department. In this role, you will support the Client Services Manager by developing team members and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. You will play a key role in managing workflows, performance, and ensuring service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high-performance culture by demonstrating company values and supporting team members through regular check-in conversations.
  • Assist the Client Services Manager with performance management, absence management, and setting team objectives.
  • Coordinate team activities and monitor workflows to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, escalating issues and providing solutions when needed.
  • Analyse data and quality results to assist with capacity planning and suggest efficiencies to improve team performance.
  • Monitor and manage risks within the team, conducting investigations and root cause analyses to mitigate mistakes.
  • Support recruitment efforts within the team and contribute to team motivation through regular meetings and collaboration.
  • Step in for the Manager during absences and attend required meetings on their behalf.

Requirements:

  • Experience in analysing data and providing solutions to achieve team results.
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
