Our client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their Regular Premium & Legacy department. In this role, you will support the Client Services Manager by developing team members and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. You will play a key role in managing workflows, performance, and ensuring service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-performance culture by demonstrating company values and supporting team members through regular check-in conversations.
- Assist the Client Services Manager with performance management, absence management, and setting team objectives.
- Coordinate team activities and monitor workflows to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, escalating issues and providing solutions when needed.
- Analyse data and quality results to assist with capacity planning and suggest efficiencies to improve team performance.
- Monitor and manage risks within the team, conducting investigations and root cause analyses to mitigate mistakes.
- Support recruitment efforts within the team and contribute to team motivation through regular meetings and collaboration.
- Step in for the Manager during absences and attend required meetings on their behalf.
Requirements:
- Experience in analysing data and providing solutions to achieve team results.
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
