Our client is currently seeking a Technical Support Officer to join their Pensions team. The purpose of the role is to support the team in the delivery of effective, efficient and compliant customer service to their pension scheme members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, providing technical support where required in relation to products, pension regulation and appropriate taxation, providing technical support in the development of new products to ensure the product technical specification is accurate and providing support in the form of training for the Client Service team and other teams as required.
The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience working in a technical pensions role and the ability to work under pressure and manage change.
