ROLE
This position gives an excellent opportunity to progress within a busy experienced audit team and achieve a professional qualification whilst gaining a wealth of experience.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to develop a career in
accountancy. The ideal candidate will have:
• A 2:1 degree, ideally in Accountancy or related subject. Strong candidates with a genuine interest in accounting, audit and tax will be considered.
• A strong work ethic; the desire to get things done with strong time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal skills: the ability to build strong internal and client relationships and to work well within a team. To have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills: a detailed approach with the ability to accurately and diligently assimilate information, grasp concepts quickly, research and solve problems.
• Independence and initiative: the ability to think critically, challenge when appropriate, and to apply professional scepticism.
• A self-starter: studying for professional exams whilst working full-time requires motivation and hard work. Whilst the business will support you through your studies, you will need to demonstrate that you are a self-starter, able to motivate yourself through the challenge of studying for the ACA qualification whilst working.
