TRUST AND COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF469
This role will involve administering a portfolio of various trust structures for clients and developing and maintaining an effective business relationship with colleagues.
Key responsibilities: Direct liaison with clients on a pro-active basis both verbally and in writing. Maintain diary systems for payments, periodic reviews and important company and trust dates. Maintenance of records in accordance with internal compliance and other statutory requirements. Presentation, processing and facilitating payment such as: invoices, distributions, dividends, taxes and services charges.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar environment. Be flexible, confidential and have excellent time management skills.
