TRUST & COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR
We have an interesting opportunity available for a Trust & Company Administrator to join a busy, growing team.
The role holder will be a positive and proactive individual, committed to delivering a high-quality service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Administering a portfolio of clients, complying with all relevant regulations.
Having a clear understanding of all clients, building strong working relationships.
Responding in a timely and efficient manner to client requests and ad hoc queries.
Drafting and finalising minutes, resolutions and agendas as required.
Maintenance of trust and company accounts.
Maintain up to date working knowledge of all regulations and any changes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a similar role or environment, experience in managing a portfolio of clients is advantageous.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage own workload.
Be willing to work towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP.
