Our client is currently seeking a Vendor Manager to join their team. The purpose of the role is to oversee the delivery of services or service technology to the bank's clients or customers, both internal and external.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the negotiation of internal service level agreements with other business areas that are dependent on the delivery of the supported business area. Ensure that, where formal agreements are needed, they are documented, signed off and properly stored. You will also be working with suppliers to understand the opportunities to improve the client experience and reduce risk from new technologies/ industry developments and ensure appropriate change requests are submitted and supported if successful.
The successful candidate will have ideally have 5 years' experience in a procurement role within the corporate banking sector.
