We have an exciting opportunity available for a VIP Manager to join a dynamic and growing team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of VIP, you will build and develop an international VIP Sales Team and play a key role in developing new strategies and promotion plans.
Managing all VIP Agents on a daily basis.
Building, training, monitoring, and developing an international VIP Sales Team.
Ensuring the team meets targets to increase number of VIP customers.
Developing and executing promotion plans together with the Marketing Manager for different customer segments.
Developing strategies to find new potential VIPs.
Taking full ownership and following through all issues that impact or put at risk the performance of VIPs.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
As VIP Manager, you will have:
Previous experience in a similar position within sales, account management or business development.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to lead and motivate a team.
A commitment to providing a high standard of service.
