Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Dealing Administrator.

The purpose of the position is to fulfil the requirements of the role within service standards, properly following internal processes and controls and providing support to the rest of the team. Responsibilities include creating/placing deals accurately with stockbrokers/fund houses and ensuring the timely and effective resolution of dealing and reconciliation queries. Providing support to the Dealing Supervisor and colleagues through coaching and mentoring junior team members.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths, a minimum of 2 years' experience in Financial Services, a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Investment Operations area at an administrator (or higher) level, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, good understanding of securities, investments and fund accounting, and an ability to meet individual targets and goals with accurate results.
