Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Support Administrator.

The purpose of the role is to effectively deliver a direct service to clients and IFAs by the processing of telephone calls and email requests within specified servicing times.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Mathematics and English, a minimum of 1 years experience in Financial Services, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to draft letters/fax, and experience within a customer facing administration role.
