Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor.
The purpose of the role is to be frontline of delivering a high-quality experience to our client’s customers and financial advisers. A core part of this role is to assist customers and financial advisors to resolve their queries. You will work to build key relationships within the business as well as with the customers themselves. You will be expected to deliver customer service to the highest standard and provide a personalised and friendly service – putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
The successful candidate will have good basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications. You will preferably have experience within a similar role within the Financial Services Industry and with good Anti-Money Laundering knowledge / experience. Experience of Life Administration systems such as AS400 would be advantageous.
