BUSINESS CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF11

Full time preferable but part time hours may be considered.

Our client has an exciting opportunity available to join their friendly Business Control Team as Business Control Administrator.

This role would suit a high performing administrator with previous experience in a TCSP environment and strong knowledge of AML/CFT legislation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Assisting the team with the new client onboarding process.

Preparing periodic file reviews and risk assessments for existing clients.

Assisting the team with the trigger event process.

Dealing with client due diligence on a risk-based approach.

Reviewing and matching potential screening hits.

Assisting with collation of information for external banking reviews.

Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of departmental procedure manuals, policies and associated documentation.

Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up-to-date with recent developments and changes to legislation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years in a TCSP environment in a similar role.

Microsoft Office.

A working knowledge of CCH, Laserfiche and ViewPoint would be an advantage but not essential.

Strong communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
