Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their expanding team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Induction of new staff members.
Organising internal and external events, including social events, conferences etc.
Booking travel and accommodation for the team.
Meeting and greeting visitors.
Ensuring the reception, kitchen and meeting rooms are kept tidy.
Ordering food and drink for the office.
Ordering office stationery supplies.
Office improvements.
Ad-hoc general administrative tasks.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Fun, friendly and outgoing.
Enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
