About the Business:
Our client is a leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services.
This role would suit a candidate who is working in a tax environment and who is looking for a new challenge and is also keen to progress further in their career. Alternatively, newly, or part-qualified accountants will also be considered who would like to develop a career in taxation. You will have a good understanding of IOM Taxation.
About the Role:
As Tax Senior, the key areas of focus will involve working on Isle of Man Tax matters for Corporate Trust and Personal Clients. You will also be involved in providing a high-level awareness of international tax matters and general advisory work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will deal with Isle of Man Tax personal and corporate returns, liaising with fiscal authorities.
You will be joining a tax team of 10 members including the tax compliance team, tax advisory team and the VAT specialists.
You will have the prospect to travel to other jurisdictions, visiting clients and intermediaries within the UK and further afield.
Opportunities for further training and mentoring will be provided.
Desired Skills:
Be studying towards or considering studying towards one or more of the following qualifications, CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA (if not already fully qualified).
Experience of preparing and submitting IOM personal and corporate tax returns and accompanying computations.
