TRAINEE ACCOUNTANT | ref.MF152
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client as a Trainee Accountant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Process monthly credit card transactions and reconcile the credit card statements.
Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Creation of prepayments and accruals.
Processing of monthly recurring journals.
Raise monthly intercompany invoices.
Preparing management accounts including commentary.
Preparation of VAT returns.
Making bank payments, posting the corresponding journals and reconciling entries on the accounting system.
Manage the invoices mailbox, inputting invoices into the accounting system and reconciling supplier accounts.
Assist with the purchase order and expense reporting systems and become a source of knowledge to help users when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Started your ACCA/ACA journey (or other relevant accounting qualification).
Previous experience in a finance based role.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong team player.
